Brigham and Women’s Hospital has introduced a new way of managing time reporting for its non-exempt employees; non-exempt employees are hourly employees and are eligible for overtime. These new measures will ensure that BWH continues to pay our employees correctly for all time worked.  This Time Reporting initiative is being implemented at all Partners HealthCare hospitals.  This Time Reporting section on PikeNotes has been established to help both managers and employees get the information they need about electronic time reporting.

  1. Hardware issues (e.g. KT devices that do not work) should be reported to the BWH Help Desk at 617-732-5927
  2. Report KT card and KSS problems to your manager or bwhtimereporting@partners.org
  3. Contact us via e-mail, bwhtimereporting@partners.org, with any other issues.
